2.7 million euro financing for the first Bermo project in Brasov
The 2.7 million euro financing was approved by Transilvania Bank for the development of Alphaville Brasov, the first Bermo Group residential project in Brasov city, placed on 44th Carpatilor Street.
We started the construction works in november 2010 using own financial resources. The first two buildings in the first phase of the project have 90 premium new apartments with delivery in june 2012.

By approving our request of financing, the bank proves that is a real partner who understands that now is the best time for investments and building. This approval is for us a vote of confidence. Along with this project we will offer to our customers from Brasov the Premium Bermo Package: a quality product and related services at a fair price. It is something they don't have right now.” , states Mr. Valentin Morar, President of the Administration Council of Bermo Group.
