5% TVA
Reduced rate of only 5% VAT applies to new
apartments whose surface area don’t
exceed 120 square meters and their value is less than 380.000 RON. All
new premium Bermo apartments meet these conditions and can be bought with only
5% VAT, because prices in Arad, compared with other cities, are much lower. Thus, the Arad real estate market came to
offer substantial tax reduction, premium apartments with prices comparable for economic apartments!
Anyone can buy a new apartment with 5% VAT and no age requirements,
income, or even the number of buildings owned! The
only condition is to not be benefited of this facility.
Nobody can know how long this facility will last. But it
is certainly a temporary measure and can be removed as easily as it was introduced.
From this point of view, not all new apartments will be sold with a VAT of only
5%, but only those that are sold through a valid and authentic contract.
