First home program

 "First Home" program is now a unique opportunity that you must take advantage of! This program allows you to buy a new apartment with a minimum financial effort, by contracting a mortgage loan guaranteed by the state. If you don’t have an apartment or a house property and you don’t have another mortgage, you can buy a new apartment with an advance of only 5% and the rate does not exceed 300 euros!

Eligibility for "First House" program:

  •   The applicant does not own, at the date of issuance, a home, individually or jointly with the spouse or other persons, regardless of how it was acquired;
  •   The applicant doesn’t have another mortgage;
  •   The applicant purchases a home located in Romania
  •   The applicant satisfies all of the requirements of the financer
  •   The applicant has an advance of at least 5% of the price of housing;
