AXA and AXA2
The residential ensemble AXA is the first project developed by Bermo Group and also the first project completed in Arad by a real estate developer since 1990.
Each villa is located on a piece of about 330 square meters land and it has a built surface between 180 and 220 sqm, offering a high degree of comfort, an enviable privacy and security ensured by video surveillance and controlled access.
The 18 villas of AXA confirmed the expectations of our customers and made us get on with AXA2, a residential "twin" ensemble. The 2 projects completed and sold during January 2005 - October 2007, a total of 36 villas have proven Bermo’s dynamism, a real estate developer that moved Arad’s people in their new houses.
