Bermo Plaza
Another project that we have the ambition to complete is Bermo Plaza. Located just 200 meters far away from kilometer 0 of the city, this project aimes to confirm the prestige and importance of Arad. Bermo We intend to develop a joint project + class office, residential and luxury shopping on a field of over 4500 square meters
Also, the city center will gain a true "plaza" in a location occupied until now only with metal halls, located in an advanced state of decay. Bermo Plaza is a unique project in western Romania and become an icon of modern Arad, well anchored in tradition but staring into the future.
